Rides — Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to passengers and drivers using DeliGo Ride services in Portugal.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid ID or driving license (for drivers). All riders must comply with local transport laws.
2. Ride Bookings
Rides are booked through the DeliGo app. Prices are shown before confirmation and may vary depending on time, distance, or demand.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via card, wallet, or approved payment methods. Refunds follow platform policy.
4. Cancellations
Free cancellation applies within 2 minutes after driver confirmation. Beyond this, a cancellation fee may apply.
5. Conduct & Safety
All passengers must wear seatbelts, maintain respectful behavior, and comply with driver safety requests.
6. Liability
DeliGo is not responsible for delays, traffic, or external incidents beyond our control.
