Describes coverage and exclusions for DeliGo platform partners.

1. Coverage

DeliGo provides limited accident and liability coverage during active trips only. Independent insurance is advised.

2. Claims

All incidents must be reported within 48 hours with valid proof and trip details.

3. Exclusions

Intentional damage, off-platform use, or non-registered vehicles are excluded.
