DeliGo Drive — Terms & Conditions
These terms govern DeliGo driver and vehicle partner operations.
1. Registration
Drivers must hold a valid TVDE license and Portuguese residence or work permit. Vehicles must be inspected and insured.
2. Commission
DeliGo charges a service fee per trip, disclosed in the driver app. Weekly payouts are made via SEPA.
3. Conduct
Drivers must follow safety, hygiene, and customer service standards. Any misconduct may lead to suspension.
4. Termination
DeliGo may deactivate drivers for non-compliance, fraud, or repeated poor ratings.
