Order & Delivery Help

  • Track your active order in real-time from the DeliGo app.
  • Report missing or wrong items within 24 hours.
  • Contact your rider or driver directly through in-app chat.
  • Cancel an order if not yet confirmed by the vendor.
Payments and Refunds

Payments & Refunds

We support multiple payment methods, including debit/credit cards, MB Way, and cash on delivery (where available).

  • If a transaction fails, it will be auto-reversed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders appear in your bank within 5–7 business days.
  • Contact us if your payment doesn’t reflect after 7 days.

Manage your profile, saved addresses, and privacy settings anytime. If you face login issues or need help with notifications, our team is here to assist.

  • Reset your password via “Forgot Password” in the app.
  • Update your phone or email in the Profile section.
